Returns & Exchange Policy


FONU Jewellery wants you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If you wish to return or exchange a product because of a change of mind, please notify FONU Jewellery at bula@fonujewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be given a Return/Exchange form to complete in order to process your request, with the choice of either exchange of the item, or a refund of your purchase less any shipping costs incurred by FONU Jewellery. 

The Return/Exchange policy is only applicable to items purchased on www.fonujewellery.com, and does not include items purchased in store at any of our retail outlets. In order to complete a return or exchange, we require proof of purchase, as Order ID or email confirmation from FONU Jewellery of your original order.

Returns must be sent to FONU Jewellery, 28 Harold St, Thornbury, VIC 3071, Australia. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Tracking and/or insurance on return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. FONU Jewellery will only issue a refund or exchange when the returned item has been received.

The item must be returned in its original condition, and in its original packaging. FONU Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if on receipt the item has visibly been damaged through wear and tear. 

No exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items, unless the item is deemed faulty. Please see our Warranty & Jewellery Care page for more information.

 

Exchanges

Once your return has been processed and approved for exchange, you will receive a coupon code for the value of your original order less any shipping costs incurred by FONU Jewellery. This coupon code can be used on any item at www.fonujewellery.com, and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. 

 

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, FONU Jewellery will refund you the original price paid by you for the item, less any shipping costs incurred by FONU Jewellery.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Processing time is subject to the payment gateway used for the original order, and individual bank processing times, both local and/or international. 


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of being notified by FONU Jewellery that your refund has been processed:
First, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
